Saturday was also Bianca and Sydney's birthday. Lisset's girls turned 10 and 8 on the same day...and since Saturday was filled with soccer games, they decided to have their birthday party today. Isabella's birthday was earlier this month so she also recieved some late birthday gifts. Ulisses was unable to attend today because of work...but I'm glad I was able...it was alot of fun.

This Friday we all headed up to Gail for Homecoming. It was great sitting in those stands again, visiting with old friends...and it is special watching Fernando coach the coyotes. After Gail won in the third quarter we went to Fernando and Sharon's for an early birthday party and spent the night. Sharon's birthday was Saturday. It was a great evening reminiscing about our Gail days...and talking about how God willing Gabriel and Martin will one day wear #11 and #25.

This Sunday Ulisses and I took his little sister, Andrea, and our nieces to see a play at church. It was a Christian version of the Wizard of Oz. It was really a lot of fun...the girls really enjoyed it as well...afterwards we all went out for ice cream. Here are some pictures from our day.

After church today Mom and I decided to head up to Gail. We visited with Fernando and Sharon...and played with the boys. They sure have grown! Here are some pictures and video of our lovely afternoon.

Ulisses is such a sweety! He sent me flowers the first day of school.

My first week back at school was wonderful. I'm teaching Spanish III. and IV. again this year...and my students are great. It's hard to believe that this will be my seventh year at Permian...where have the years gone?!
