The Borden County Coyotes won big last Saturday night against Silverton in Lubbock. Mom stayed in Gail to take care of the boys...so that they wouldn't have to go out in the cold...Papa and traveled up to see the big game...it was great!! We 45ed them in the fourth quarter!! And now it's on to the state game!! We (Borden County) plays Woodson in Lubbock this Saturday...can't wait! Borden County is ranked #1 and Woodson #2...

What is also so cool is that Fernando and Colt...coaches now at Gail...were on the 1997 state championship team and runners up in 1998...Coach Richey is still at Gail and was one of their coaches since junior high...it's just really special to watch...who would've thought right?!
